Getting Fit...

It's January, winter is definitely upon us now and getting out of the bed is so much harder; hands up who feels like hibernating? Well, as much as we all wish this could happen we know it's not really an option.

I have been reminded recently about how important it is to keep fit and healthy and I have really been loving this girl here; Carly Rowena is a total inspiration and I feel so motivated. This is why I thought I would write a quick blog post, at least if I have something in writing, actually exercising will be much harder for me to ignore.

I am not one for going to the gym, but I do enjoy simple exercises that I can do at home. Also, my goals aren't to lose weight, but to gain muscle as I am already a very petite person. My
focus this week will be core exercises and will include hill climbers, swing throughs and the plank.

Perhaps if it goes well I will update you on my progress.
