It's January, winter is definitely upon us now and getting out of the bed is so much harder; hands up who feels like hibernating? Well, as much as we all wish this could happen we know it's not really an option.
I have been reminded recently about how important it is to keep fit and healthy and I have really been loving this girl here; Carly Rowena is a total inspiration and I feel so motivated. This is why I thought I would write a quick blog post, at least if I have something in writing, actually exercising will be much harder for me to ignore.
I am not one for going to the gym, but I do enjoy simple exercises that I can do at home. Also, my goals aren't to lose weight, but to gain muscle as I am already a very petite person. My
focus this week will be core exercises and will include hill climbers, swing throughs and the plank.
Perhaps if it goes well I will update you on my progress.

Start of something new..
So...Hi, my name is Jessie and this is my first ever blog post, everyone has to start somewhere right?!
I'm not sure where I'm going with this blog but at the moment I plan to write about my daily thoughts, discuss things that I love, inspire me or interest me...ramblings in other words.
Over the past year I have been through many changes in my life - graduating from Uni, moving back home, starting a new job and deciding exactly what it is I want to do with my life.
Blogging is something I have been thinking about doing for a while now but I am a worrier; I worry about what to write, what people will think and if they will even read it!?
So I've decided to be brave and start something new and what better time than the beginning of a new year.
This is my New Year Resolution.
